GMS Systems can operate as a multi-user Client Server system if a Local Area Network is installed.
*Training
Training is included with the licence fee, and is held at our offices in Port Hope or Baltimore, Ontario. On-site training is also available at an additional fee to cover travel time and expenses.
Alternatively arrangements can be made to do training through conference calls or web cast.
Support
Telephone support is included with the licensing fee, and is available from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday. All updates are included in the annual licensing fee.
